What the key tasks will look like

As an IT Product Owner, you will lead a growing IT team and take ownership of the technical quality, roadmap, and performance of several software products. You ensure alignment between the product vision, backlog priorities, and the needs of the business.

This role combines technical depth, people leadership, and strong planning & stakeholder management. You will work closely with developers, the Scrum Master, and international teams, including outsourced teams.

Product Ownership & Delivery

Safeguard backlog priorities based on business objectives and technical requirements.
Ensure and continuously improve the technical quality of IT products.
Apply the full Software Development Life Cycle to deliver changes smoothly into production.
Oversee project follow‑up within governance structures (Security, IDM, Compliance, etc.).
Review story and increment delivery in close collaboration with the Business Product Owner.
Work closely with the Scrum Master and development teams to achieve sprint goals.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of internal and external collaborators and prepare the team for further scale‑up.
Support team members through change, increased workload, and structural evolution.
Conduct constructive, sometimes challenging conversations to improve performance and collaboration.
Build efficient collaboration with international and outsourced teams (including India).

Stakeholder & Communication

Communicate priorities, risks, and progress clearly and on time to all stakeholders.
Provide structured reporting to project management and leadership teams.
Work in close tandem with the Business Owner, focusing on technical and delivery responsibilities (without requirements analysis).

Required Skills & Competencies

At least 5 years of leadership experience in IT environments.
Strong technical expertise (software processes, development, deployments) and deep knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
Language skills: Excellent English + good knowledge of one of the national languages (French and/or Dutch).
People management: ability to lead and guide a team in a context of growth, high workload, and transformation; ability to collaborate with local and outsourced development teams.
Planning & time management: ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines in a dynamic IT environment.
Communication: clear, transparent, and structured communication with technical teams, business owners, project managers, and international partners.

What the Key Tasks Look Like:

The Legal Counsel plays a critical role in supporting the Company’s legal needs across two key areas: general contract and commercial law (including ICT), and data protection. The Legal Counsel is a dynamic legal professional who can balance diverse responsibilities, including reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, providing legal advice on data protection and general commercial law matters, and supporting strategic objectives while managing risks effectively. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, requiring strong negotiation, risk assessment, and client communication skills. Data protection will account for approximately half of the workload, general contract and commercial law (including ICT contracting) will account for the other half of the workload.

Contract and Commercial Law, including ICT:

Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts: Prepare, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and framework agreements (including ICT, cloud services, and outsourcing) in various area with external suppliers, ensuring terms are favourable, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives. From this angle, you also provide legal advice on ad hoc commercial law questions.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks in contractual agreements and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to provide clear and pragmatic legal advice on commercial law and contractual matters, facilitating informed decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including internal policies and guidelines standards.

Data Protection:

Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on data protection compliance, including without limitation the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act complementing the GDPR, to ensure the company’s activities align with legal requirements.
Data Protection Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements with internal and external stakeholders, safeguarding personal data and maintaining compliance.
Privacy Statements Implementation: Taking the lead on keeping privacy statements up to date.
Knowledge: Follow up on new data protection legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine together with DPO office, and share knowledge within the legal team.
Incident Response: Provide legal assistance in the management of data breaches or other data protection incidents.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with the DPO and ISO to provide clear and pragmatic legal advice on data protection matters, facilitating informed decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance in ICT and Digital Services

DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act): Advise on compliance with DORA requirements for ICT risk management, third-party service provider oversight, and operational resilience obligations.
AI Regulation: Monitor and interpret the EU AI Act and related legislation; provide guidance on contractual and compliance implications for AI systems and services.
Cloud Services & Outsourcing: Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks governing cloud adoption, data localization, and outsourcing arrangements, including regulatory guidelines where applicable.
Cybersecurity & Digital Governance: Advise on legal aspects of cybersecurity obligations, digital governance frameworks, and contractual clauses addressing resilience and incident reporting.

Continuous Legal Monitoring

Stay informed on evolving EU and Belgian legislation in ICT, data protection, AI, and operational resilience.
Proactively assess the impact of new regulations on company operations and update internal policies and contract templates accordingly.

Required Skills and Competences:

You obtained a masters degree in law and have a solid experience in the fields of contracting, ICT and Data Protection
You have a strong analytical and risk assessment abilities
You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice to non-legal audiences.
You are tech-savvy and have a keen interest in new technologies
You are able to speak fluently in English, Dutch and French

What the key tasks will look like

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR-team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the total rewards strategy and HR governance for two companies within our group, namely DKV & ERGO Belgium. The successful candidate will manage a team of HR professionals and ensure the smooth operation of our outsourced payroll services (outsourced to social secretary in Belgium). This position will report to the Head of HR and will work closely with the HR Business Partners in the context of projects.

Payroll Management and employee administration: together with the outsourced team and the HR officers, you'll manage the outsourced payroll process and all employee administration processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Total Rewards Strategy: you'll develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across both companies.
Compensation and Benefits: you'll oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
Team Leadership: you'll lead and mentor a team of three HR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Reporting: you'll prepare and present regular reports in a timely and compliant manner and optimize the current reporting processes and tools to gain efficiency and increase quality.
HR Governance & Legal advice: you'll ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements and you'll provide legal advice on matters related to social law.

Required skills and competencies

You obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree (eg in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law) or equivalent by experience.
You have a proven track record (at least 10 years of experience) in payroll management, total rewards, compensation and benefits within an HR department, and by preference within a services industry.
You have excellent reporting skills, with the ability to prepare and present detailed reports accurately and efficiently and can improve existing reporting processes.
You benefit from an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas and data analysis tools
You have a strong knowledge of relevant HR regulations and social law in Belgium.
You have an analytical mindset, with strong communication and leadership skills.
You are fluent in English and French, with a good level of Dutch (understanding & speaking).

What the key tasks will look like

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead projects across our digital transformation journey, focusing on new technologies, customer-centric solutions, and IT-driven innovation.
You will join the Transformation Office, a dynamic team of 19 professionals (strategy manager, PMO manager, program managers, transformation leads (project managers), business analysts and change/lean experts) working on high-impact projects that redefine how we serve our 2 million policyholders.

Project Management & Delivery:

As project manager, your responsibility will be to scope projects, define requirements in close collaboration with the business and Business Analysts, and create robust business cases.
You will plan and implement projects end to end, proactively manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
You are responsible for monitoring KPIs and reporting progress to internal stakeholders and the Group.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

You will prepare, present, and drive decision-making in steering committees, while actively engaging sponsors and key stakeholders.
As project manager, you are responsible for fostering collaboration among stakeholders and inspiring them toward successful project outcomes.

Education and experience: Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent in experience. You have 5+ years in program/project management and a proven track record with successful delivery of transformation projects
Digital & IT Affinity: Strong interest and understanding of digital technologies, IT systems, and how they enable business transformation.
Skills: Project management methodologies, risk management, business casing, and problem-solving
Mindset: Structured, result-oriented, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
